Shipping Policy


We ship from 2 warehouses, one domestic (USA) & another one overseas so your order may sometimes be split into 2 shipments if you buy items stocked at both locations.



Orders are generally processed & shipped within 3 business days. If you choose Express delivery at checkout, your order will be processed within 2 business day. We cannot cancel your order, adjust or remove items from your order once it's in the processing stage (usually within 1 business day).  



Once a package has left our shipping facility, we have very little control over it. Please carefully fill out your full name, correct address & phone number at checkout to prevent any postal delays. NoAgeFace is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier, especially during the holiday seasons, or delays caused by extreme weather conditions.


We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have left our shipping facility or for missing parcels resulting from customer or carrier's errors. If your package is delivered by the carrier with proof of delivery and you did not receive your package,  you must file a complaint with your local carrier.


USA warehouse:




USPS or UPS - takes anywhere between 2 to 5 business days for delivery

Additional shipping options including express shipping are available at checkout.


International -


UPS worldwide Express or DHL. Transit time is 5-10 days for most locations

USPS First Class Mail - transit time is 12-20 days for most locations


Overseas warehouse:




USPS First Class Mail - Transit time 15-20 days

FedEx - Transit time 5 days

DHL - Transit time 3-5 days


International -


FedEx - Transit time 5-7 days

DHL - Transit time 3-5 days




The item's price & shipping fees do not include duties and other customs charges you may incur. These costs are imposed by your local customs office and are outside of our  control. All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges are the responsibility of the customer.


NoAgeFace is not responsible for any package once it is in the shipping carrier's possession. Please track your order regularly to see if/when your package is awaiting payment of customs duties and taxes.


Customs authorities require by law that we state the value of your order directly on the package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package and, in rare cases, they may also delay or reject delivery.


If you refuse to pay any additional fees, your package will be sent back to us and you will be refunded the cost of your order minus any extra shipping charges incurred by us from the carrier.
